In the first qualifying session of 2010 Philip Geipel took pole position for Round 1 in the nr 25 Argo Racing Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4.  On a drying tack the German was the only driver to post a sub 2m05 lap time, 0.2 seconds ahead of the nr101 Callaway Competition Corvette Z06R GT3 of Daniel Keilwitz.  Row 2 of this afternoons race will an all Porsche affair with Jose Luis Cunill in the nr20 Trackspeed Porsche 911 GT3 R in 3rd place just ahead of 2009 GT4 European Cup Champion Joe Osborne in the nr11 Muehlner Motorsport Porsche.

In the second 20-minute season for tomorrows 60-minute race Dino Lunardi put the Toni Seiler Racing Corvetter Z06R at the head of the 29 car field with a lap time of 2:03.53, just 0.098 second quicker that Martin Ragginer in the nr21 Trackspeed Posrche 911 GT3 R.  Row two will feature the Callaway Competition Corvette of Christian Hohenadel, the German just 0.118 seconds behind Lunardi, with the Hexis AMR Aston Martin DBRS9 of Frederic Makowiecki alongside the Corvette.
